Please contact a member of our Customer Service team as soon as possible so that the third party courier can be notified.
If no-one is home on the day of delivery the courier will leave you a card and reattempt delivery another day. If your item has been dispatched with the following couriers: Royal Mail, Yodel or XDP Express then the courier may leave your item with a neighbour.
Tracking Information is available with the following couriers: Arrow XL, Yodel, XDP Express and Pallex. If you would like to track your item for an estimation of when delivery may occur then please contact us.
